This is all B to C (business to customer) sales. There’s a lot more to be made in B to B sales. High end surgical sales is extremely profitable. Often you are selling items that will be reordered for years, and you may get long-term commissions.
What are the $1M offers out there?

What is this absolute BS? Selling something for $1M is NOT the same as selling a product for $100. It does NOT take the same amount of time to sell a complex tech solution worth $1M to some cheap item for $100. Who believes this nonsense?

Freight Broker. Make multiple sells to same customers, high frequency, no door to door.
It does not take the same amount of time to sell something for 1 million as it does for 100, big ticket sales can take months to develop. Yes some rich guy can come and know what they want and just buy something but it’s not the norm. My dad sells security systems, has a deal that will pay him 100k that’s he been working for months and months going back and forth with the large company

Most of this is bullshit. Half of those sales guy has a in somewhere. They have a legit connection to a huge client or custom that is over half of their sales. I don’t give a shit what it is. So someone out there thinking I could do that too. Nah alot of sales jobs have almost a 97% turnover rate
You only referenced 3 actual jobs though. Solar, pest & alarms. All door to door. And a better analysis would be the average pay. As most people will fall into the average. So to anyone new to sales, don’t look at the top pay, look at the average. As you improve your skills you will likely earn above that average and can then move to a high comission per sale role or you’ll likely get headhunted in some capacity, if you’re really good
