Privacy Policy

What we store

If you create an account, we store your email address and password credentials through our authentication and database provider (Supabase via Lovable Cloud). For your games we store league names, player names and handles, handicaps, scores, skins and standings, and quick-round data. If you add them, we also store optional Venmo usernames and Cash App handles — these are just display text and links; we never see or store bank or payment account details.

Guests can use the app without an account: leagues are stored under a club key, and quick rounds can be kept in your browser's local storage on your own device.

How we use your data

We use this information only to run the app: keeping your leagues, calculating results, and letting you return to saved rounds. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

View-only share links

When a league host creates a view-only link, anyone with that link can see that league's standings and weekly recaps — including player names and scores. Hosts can turn a link off at any time, which immediately stops it from working.

Analytics

We collect basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics: page views and anonymous feature events (for example, that a round was started or a recap was viewed), tied to a random anonymous session id — not to your email or name. We use this to understand which features are used and to improve the app. We don't use advertising trackers.

Deletion and export

You can delete rounds and leagues in the app. To request deletion or an export of your account and associated data, email gotschalljake@gmail.com from the email on your account so we can verify ownership.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and note the change in the app.
