AS someone from Europe, i really dont understand this couponing. Very interesting, but my mind is going wacko. How is it possible that you have like 150 dollars to pay and after all those coupons, it is reduces to a couple of dollars.

I coupon but nothing like the shows, more lazy. Im sure i could probably save even more but its something that takes quite a bit of time. I watch for the target gift card deals and then pair with the digital coupons and circle discounts then put it in ibotta if i remember. For walmart i just link my ibotta account and do my normal shopping. After xmas i buy health and beauty gift sets at walmart when they mark them to 75% off or so and buy as many as i can of the ones that speak to me. For kroger runs im usually only there to use my wic so ill scroll ibotta to see if theres any deals i can use with it and then get cash back on my cereals or whatever else im getting that qualifies. I dont use the other cash back apps, i didnt understand fetch at all when i tried it it looked like very few items qualified and it just didnt make sense to me i dont understand a points system. Overall though i get a lot of store brands and dont buy things i dont need, i buy before i run out and that helps.

I think I’ve avoided couponing because every time I looked at coupons, it made me want to buy stuff I never wanted/needed and then I could never find deals on the things I actually purchased regularly. I really like how you broke this down! Instant follow.
MY parents knew a rich family that would do this. They had a big folder of coupons with a stacked pantry and freezer lol.

This is one of the worst things to happen, the greedy people,they stack their pantries, they stock pike, and hoard food they don’t deserve, because this coupon business made a mockery out of the system,maybe their husbands or wives even stopped working out,because these people steal people’s news papers and they drive all over to get coupons, or steal it from news papers, it’s greedy businesses, and it makes people dishonest in their lives, they live to cut out coupons, so they and retailers can brag on it
I really need help learning how to do this. I became disabled bc of severe mental health bc of really traumatic events causing me to be terrified to leave sometimes. My income went from 3k a month to 900 a month abyss my rent is 700-750 a month alone. I have to come up with money monthly for my bills. And this is very embarrassing for me to say this but I don’t get to eat a lot. I can’t afford food and I don’t steal causing me to suffer a lot. I someone will eat a pack of nab crackers within a week. I am suffering. The man that hurt me makes me feel he took my life bc now I can’t even eat. I do get 60$ food stamps. I own two outfits and a pair of sandals. I need to help please truly do
