  2. yes i agree..i did exactly as you said..i contacted them BEFORE the package arrived..and gave them the tracking order..they saw that due to the season and loads at their facility in Miami that it was delayed by 12 days, so immediately the agent gave a 25% refund on shipping and other charges for being late and told me that the charges will take 3 business days for the refund to be applied…yes your info helped me so much.

  3. literally just sat waiting today "2 stops away". Made some food ate, and come back to see "couldnt deliver will try tomorrow". All the anticipating and hope jusst squashed. Why the hell couldn’t they just tell me it was being delivered tomorrow instead of today? could have saved me a lot of unnecessary anticipating.

    What people should be doing, is send Amazon a message, by cancelling your Amazon Prime!
    When all that money, from the fools, that kept their Prime going, dries up, maybe they’ll get their s**t straight, and start trying to get those people to give back the golden goose.
    I started ordering from Ebay, and I can still get deliveries in 1 to 2 days, (unless it’s from china), and go about my day!
    I just give amazon a great big 🖕!!

Check back 7 business days only to begin the request again! Now they say sorry, can’t do it call my CREDIT CARD PEOPLE, WHICH IS WRONG, THEY PROMISED, WHY WOULD I SPEND $285.41 TO SEND BACK IF NOT PROMISED A RETURN FROM HIM 3X THAT DAY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE

  20. Speaking from recent experience like the past couple of months. I have ordered a ton this year way more than past years and I have really noticed how inconsistent Amazon is out of probably 50 packages in the last four months. I would say that only five arrived on time and from the ones that did arrive on time they were all damaged in someway and then the ones that were late would either get lost delayed. They finally show up they’d be damaged.

    So in my experience, how they handle it now is the initial customer service agent that you talk to is only allowed to give you a max of five dollars in credit and they can re-order the product to be delivered next day if it is delayed or lost if that package arrives and it is damaged and it is already been delayed and late then they will offer you a full refund and re-order the item for you for free.

    If you have multiple issues like I have, they will then escalate you for me now anytime I get on customer service. There is a note on my account that if I am contacting them for a problem with my package, I am to be escalated immediately so they do not even talk to me now they escalate me to a agent in the US once you get escalated those are the people that will give you the bigger compensation. I think the highest compensation I’ve gotten aside from a full refund and the order re-ordered for free would be about $20-$25 in credit and that is because I went all the way to a retention agent because I threatened to cancel my Amazon prime and stop using them. I’ve even gotten to the point where I’ve threatened to sue them for false advertising because they always promise a guaranteed delivery date that they miss. That’s just my experience lately.

  23. Hi, I’m wondering why you recommend asking for the full refund before the product is delivered? Won’t Amazon just cancel the delivery and then refund you but what if I still need the product? Is there a way to get a refund after the product is delivered because of a more than 24 hr late delivery? I ordered a car part and the late delivery cost me the ability to have a mechanic install it that day it was supposed to be delivered and now i have to wait several days because the mechanic wont be available.

    I’m not shopping at Amazon no more, because I hate the fucking company because they’re so fucking corrupt I never get my products when I fucking buy it.
    I have ordered and re-ordered the product that I did not receive which is G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series (Intel XMP 3.0) DDR5 RAM 96GB (2x48GB) twice I did not receive this product.
    And also I have bought other products that doesn’t work at all, and I did a review on the product and they rejected it.
    Yes, I am very extremely angry about this to the point that I have lost the customer when I was building a new PC for my new customer.
    So why is it so fucking hard to Sue Amazon? and take them to claims court for loss of earnings, I need a South Australia lawyer it can take the case.

    Not a Prime member but I paid for the fastest shipping option. I placed an order and they split them up into 2 deliveries, I received the one but the other was supposed to come by Monday the 12th and never did. They extended the delivery to Thurs. but it still didn’t come. I was able to chat with them on Friday and had them cancel the order. I received no other compensation and was only reimbursed for the cost of the items, tax, and shipping for that part of the order. I had placed another order during that time for 2 other items and one was delivered on time and the other came on the next day. I feel they have really gone downhill as of late, a lot of customers have dropped Prime. I mostly just use the free shipping option but even now in some cases it’s taking appromixately an extra week to be delivered

    Just so you know, you’re not talking with a real person in the Amazon chat room. I always insist that a customer service agent call me. I sometimes have to request that 3 or 4 times before the chat actually does that. Which is incredibly annoying.

  31. Amazon uses an AI agent for chat now which does not allow you to talk to a CSR person. They refused any compensation (May 2025).

  33. I live less than 4 miles from the largest Amazon warehouse in several states. It is the single largest building in these several states at a few million square feet. They are building or repurposing at least 2 other facilities in the area as well (within 10miles).

    Amazon cannot even get my 10pm deliveries here on time.

    Absolutely ridiculous.

  35. If they just said the actual time for delivery. It wouldn’t be so bad but when I buy something and says 2 day and it still cant be tracked after 7 days that’s BS. Just think they lie to make feel better about paying for prime it is absolutely not worth it anymore. It used to be same day or next day for almost anything that says prime now you dont have a clue until the second day has past and they give you the its running late, it still hasn’t arrived after 5 6 7 days sometime. Just tell me it will take 5 6 or 7 days.

  40. I work for USPS and we deliver JUST packages for Amazon on Sunday. Last Sunday I did 189 packages. Mon-Sat we get also deliver their packages with the the mail. Amazon shouldn’t promise these deliveries when they aren’t the one actually doing the final delivery.

  41. Just tried this, they gave me only $5 and they didn’t even put it on my gift card balance, they told me I get $5 free credit on my next purchase if I buy a product that’s sold from an Amazon seller

  42. Thanks for making this video, I have a late Amazon package just this week still waiting as I type. The package was supposed to arrive 3 days ago and as I inquired with Amazon chat they knew right away which package I was referring to. I had your template ready to paste into the chat when I went through the initial questions but the chat-bot had already prepared a solution; shipping the same item to me again for free, and then if the original package ever arrived I could return it for a full refund. I was happily surprised it was so much easier than I thought it would be. It seems that the process has gotten easier over the years, I do have a prime membership also I don’t know if that made it any easier or not.

    Amazon has really gotten bad. My deliveries are late most of the time and they don’t do anything about it. Even without an explanation and they hide the tracking so you can’t tell it’s their fault. Somebody needs to start another similar service where the company stands behind their word and cares about their customers.

    I love it when Amazon’s product ad says, "1 day shipping" and after the purchase, shipping will be 2 days.
    I called Amazon and they told me that they have no control over shipping and the advertised shipping date is only an estimate.
    2 days is not bad, but it is not what I paid for.

  50. 07/03/25 me dieron 5usd para mi Proxima compra por enviarme el paquete 6 días después de lo que decía al momento de comprar.. (después de 40 minutos de chat) les dije si en vez de esos 5usd para mi siguiente compra podían devolverlo a la tarjeta con la que hice la compra.. pero me dijeron que por su política amazon no hace eso.
