  2. Your better than the others, their acting is terrible lmao

  3. How about NEVER buy a Best Buy at ALL.
    I purchased a Motorola a Motorola g 2025.
It has issues with the contact short cut.
Unless you open it real big 2"X2" it doesn’t display the name nor does it have an option to display the name at the bottom of the shortcut. If you have three shortcuts that start with the letter a how do you know which ones which? That’s ridiculous and it’s clearly a manufacturer program defect.
I called and I spoke to the Best Buy in my area and they told me that I still had to pay a restocking fee unless I changed it for the same phone., soooooooo. Since a family member has a phone that’s very similar to this one just two years old or I figured that this is a problem with these types of phones since that family members phone also had issues with the speaker and the microphone and the mute button going on mute on its own. I asked the manager if I were to exchange it for the same phone and it was still having issues could I get a different type of phone? He was adamant about charging me a restocking fee even if it had a problem and I had to change it for a different type of phone. What ? Is this a type of company we want to make business with?
I asked to have a manager call me back from within the store where I made the purchase., this is how I had the conversation with this "manager" Also everyone on the phone from customer service from overseas had the same story to tell.
The reason I called is because I had an issue with my health and I couldn’t drive so someone had to go in for me ( I explained this to them in hopes of having someone higher up help me )
and I didn’t want them to be in the store for too long..,so I wanted to get things solved on the phone before they went in. …………… What kind of Hope does someone get hearing that they’re going to charge you a restocking fee no matter what? Its an avaricious and disgusting training of employees and form of doing business. I consider it absolute theft because they know the product is expected to work correctly and shortcuts are expected to be able to attach a name / title to it.

  4. What language is that? I have no idea what you’re talking about man

  5. i know people who tried to price match some samsung tvs a few years back for just a dollar. but they were unsuccessful.

  6. Be careful bestbuy is not honoring their Exchange Policy anymore. Upon exchange they are trying to give customers older products and not return the money a customer paid (with a warranty). They are now trying to say they will give you a store credit for "comparable technology" during an exchange/credit.

Goodluck trying to get your money back, moving forward, after buying a warranty and trying to use it.

  7. Not a hack if it’s in the policy

  8. Share this with a friend to help them out! 🤝
