California ban on gas powered law equipment went in effect last year on 1/1/24. It banned the sale of gas powered lawn mowers, chain saws, weed wackers and such. The next major ban is in 2028, portable gas powered generators and pressure washers will be banned for sale. The ban is for the sale, you can still use anything you had or purchase as used. You can goto a neighboring state and purchase the item and bring into the state. You cannot buy any of the banned items and have shipped into CA via UPS,FedEx, Amazon and such.

We did our monthly trip and spent over $670, but got so many good deals, including a bucket of chlorine for the pool and hot tub, whole brisket and I get my grandkids snacks..we have 14 grandkids, so we need lots of snacks.

Hello from New Jersey Jeff. I’ve been buying Fila running shoes at Costco for years. They are comfortable and last a long time. Although I tried a pair on Wednesday and they seem to run a little small this year? I didn’t see those Costco buckets at the Teterboro NJ store. Will look again next time I go. 🎹👍

Great video. On the steaks, the more fat the better for your health. Please be aware, they pierce their steaks to tenderize so to be safe you must cook them well done.
The method one image on the box you showed for the Eufy security camera with a solar panel shows the panel separated from the camera.
There most definitely are products out there that last more than a week for tire dressing/shine. The product I use lasts a month and would last more if I parked it in the garage
Jeff thanks for this comprehensive review of Costco sale items. I’m with you on the grocery haul although I stay away from red meat for heart disease reasons. I am constantly trying to up my protein intake with beans and nuts and peanut butter. I agree on the magnesium glycinate and I also take NAC-n acetyl cysteine which is a much needed amino acid for liver and immune health.

Cool deals, but the advice on the tire dressing….very outdated info. I used the gel years ago, and it’s a dirt magnet. A week is very average now for even aerosol dressings.

For tire shine use Mop N Glow. That’s a “secret” that big truckers use. It dries and doesn’t attract dirt. Will last a long time for you in FL with the seasonal daily rains. Just clean your sidewalls really good before you apply the first time. The Gorilla cart is reg price. The 9 cf is $230 everywhere. I do like your content Jeff. Just an FYI. Take care.

That’s interesting – kinda looks like they switched those sonolok panels from last year, looks like the lighter oak over a black panel. Last year it was walnut on black, or oak on gray.

You can’t buy a new gas blower or mower, but they can’t stop you from using one. You can buy one out of State, or if you know someone who wants to get rid of theirs, they just can’t sell it to you
The CostCo regular gas price in our area (Knoxville, TN) is $2.44. We don’t have a lot of the deals you show at our store, but I guess our gas is cheaper.

Yes, they are cutting down on gas power tools in CA but, you can still find some at select dealers. Don’t get the Greenworks blower. It is heavy and the battery only lasts about 12 minutes.
