Each week MSNBC’s Your Business features experts to share their secrets for improving your business. This week, various online daily deal sites like Groupon and LivingSocial have received a lot of media attention. Much of it has focused on the millions of consumers who’ve signed up to get sizable discounts from their local merchants. Much less attention has been paid to the small businesses who are using Groupon and giving those deals. As we discovered, what’s been a boon for some has been a disaster for others.
