High yield saving account thru sofi and turn on overdraft to take out of the savings. Checking account with interest! BOOM

  5. Dont guys

  6. that’s smart advice, my capitol one account gets like 4% with no minimum balance, it’s pretty good. But to save up 10k you have to really manage your expenses and track where everything is going so you can be honest and audit your spending every month, make changes and learn dicipline. I found a 60 year bill tracker online, it’s like a phonebook, I just use it as a backup to my app on my phone in case it goes like Mint…., I’m happy with my offline backup.

  7. Thanks just signed up

There was a time I didn’t even have a savings account, let alone a plan for the future. I started small, built up my savings, then began investing wisely. Now I’ve achieved more than I imagined—including owning my second home. Never doubt where small steps can lead you

This is still really sad even if you have a good 5 to 7% return annually you go from a dollar to $700. What’s the difference?

Putting money in a regular savings account means your money is just hanging around—just $1 or so in interest! But by putting it in a high-yield savings account, you can get almost ten times more returns, which will really grow your savings. Work smart, let your money work harder.
