I have been shopping with Temu for over 16 months with good results and some horrible results. The one that happened yesterday beats all FRAUD. This is illegal as illegal gets. I placed an order yesterday and it cancelled??? The order shows refund was sent to my temu credit balance. Both the original payment of about $50 from my temu balance and about $10 from my visa. So I know I didn’t cancel it but I added the items back to my cart to re buy. As I was trying to check out again they wanted to charge my visa for the total amount of the order instead of using my credit balance that the order showed it went to. So I backed out and checked my credit balance and it was ZERO. Then I saw a bunch of little amounts that were taken out closely adding up to the cancelled order. Then I looked at the order numbers that were attached to these so call refunds. These were old orders with some being an old Credit card. They were sending my $61.54 order back in pieces from .01 cent to $14.00. using old orders and and some having closed credit cards. This is some inside scam that something is is so fraud here and stealing from someone. Maybe their employer Temu is at blame or they are stealing from their employer. I’m just one shopper and cant be the only one to have this done to. . This has never happened before but thy took my money in seconds and are supposedly refunding me in 22 different refunds from old orders that I now have to wait 2 weeks for. Hell NO this is so wrong and I need help to put these sneaky bastards down. Please contact me to talk. I talk better then I type sorry for any errors. But Im shaking and pissed off so you understand. I am going to wall up Utube with this bullshit fraud they are doing and make it stop. I trust you, your the first temu fraud mention I saw but there are many. Please get back to me and inform me of your opinion please. Thank you from one shopper to the next this is down right WRONG. Guess they dont want my money anymore.??
